Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ is coming right away (Revelation 22:12) - Even so, come, Lord Jesus (Revelation 22:20(b)) - He is coming for a Glorious Church that is without Spot (Ephesians 5:27(a)) - He is coming for a Glorious Church that is without wrinkle (Ephesians 5:27(b)) - He is coming for a Glorious Church that is Holy (Ephesians 5:27(c)) - He is coming for a Glorious Church that is without blemish (Ephesians 5:27(d)) - He is coming exclusively for born again believers who are without Spot (1 Timothy 6:14) - He is coming exclusively for born again believers who are without wrinkle (Ephesians 5:27) - He is coming exclusively for born again believers who are Holy (Leviticus 11:44-45; 1 Peter 1:15-16) - He is coming exclusively for born again believers who are without blemish (1 Corinthians 1:8) - If you are not Spotless, then He is not coming for you (2 Peter 3:14(a)) - If you are not Holy, then He is not coming for you (Hebrews 12:14) - If you are not Blameless, then He is not coming for you (2 Peter 3:14(b)) - If you are not Righteous, then He is not coming for you (Revelation 19:7-8) - If you are not Perfect, then He is not coming for you (Matthew 5: 48) - HOLINESS UNTO THE LORD (Zechariah 14:20-21)

Salvation

Published February 10, 2018 by Nkemzi Theodore in Salvation
Our Opening Scriptures: They are below.

-“Behold, I was shapen in iniquity; and in sin did my mother conceive me” (Psalms 51:5).

-“wast called a transgressor from the womb” (Isaiah 48:8b).

You are born a sinner separated from God Almighty

The Holy Bible clearly teaches that you are born a sinner (for instance, in our two Opening Scriptures above). In this respect, it is of paramount importance for you to understand that you are born a sinner separated from God Almighty. You are separated from Him from birth. You do not learn how to sin because you are born a sinner (Genesis 8:21b; Psalms 51:5; 58:3; Isaiah 48:8b; Ephesians 2:3). In other words, you are born with a sinful nature. This sinful nature from birth separates you from God Almighty who is Holy and Perfect (Deuteronomy 32:4a; Psalms 145:17; Matthew 5:48). Therefore, you have to be delivered and set free from the bondage and captivity of sin with which you are born. In other words, you have to be born again.

How to be born again

We will start by reproducing the passage in John 3:1-6.

1 There was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews:

2 The same came to Jesus by night, and said unto him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God: for no man can do these miracles that thou doest, except God be with him.

3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

4 Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother’s womb, and be born?

5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.

6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.

The above passage is abundantly clear. It is crystal clear. Verse 3 makes it crystal clear that except you are born again, you cannot make it to Heaven. It cannot be clearer.

The following is recommended in order to be born again. It can be remembered by using the acronym ABCDEFG. What to do in order to be born again is represented by the first three letters (ABC), what to do after you are born again is represented by the next four letters (DEFG), and how to prepare for Heaven is represented by the last two letters (HI).

A stands for Accept,

B stands for Believe,

C stands for Confess,

D stands for Declare (that is, testify)

E stands for Ensure

F stands for Fellowship

G stands for Go

H stands for Holiness and

I stands for Incorruptible

So let’s begin now.

A) Accept that you are a sinner (Romans 3:23) and sin has a penalty (Romans 6:23).

i) Accept that you are a sinner

The first step for you to be born again is to accept that you are a sinner. You are a sinner because you are born a sinner as we have just seen above.

Accept that you are a miserable and wretched sinner. “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God” (Romans 3:23). You are a miserable and wretched sinner because you were born a sinner:

-“for the imagination of man’s heart is evil from his youth” (Genesis 8:21b).

-“Behold, I was shapen in iniquity; and in sin did my mother conceive me” (Psalms 51:5).

-“The wicked are estranged from the womb: they go astray as soon as they be born, speaking lies” (Psalms 58:3).

– You were a transgressor or a sinner from your mother’s womb: “wast called a transgressor from the womb” (Isaiah 48:8b).

-“Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others” (Ephesians 2:3).

All the above Scriptures clearly teach that you were born a sinner separated from God Almighty and thus, accept that truth.

Now, confess to God Almighty that you are a miserable and wretched sinner and have come short of His Glory. Romans 3:23 states that:

For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.

Romans 3:23 states categorically that “all have sinned,” meaning that everybody has sinned. All have sinned because everybody is born a sinner. You were born a sinner (Psalms 51:5). You were a transgressor or a sinner from your mother’s womb (Isaiah 48:8b).

Nobody learns how to sin because everybody is born a sinner. Everybody is born a sinner because of the sin that Adam and Eve committed in the garden of Eden in Chapter 3 of Genesis. From that point on, every human being is born a sinner since every human being is a descendant of Adam and Eve. The sin that Adam and Eve committed in Genesis 3 is known as original sin. They were the first human beings to commit sin in the history of creation. When they committed the first human sin, they fell from the Glory of God and became unrighteous, unholy and imperfect. Their nature became a sinful nature and every human being is born with that sinful nature. Every human being is a descendant of Adam and Eve and is born with that sinful nature. That is, every human being has the sinful nature from birth. That is why the Bible says that:

all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God” (Romans 3:23).

So the first step is for you to accept that you are a miserable and wretched sinner because you are born a sinner. It has absolutely nothing to do with how nice or good you are. You are born a sinner and thus, accept that you are a sinner.

ii) Accept that sin has a penalty

The next step is to accept and recognize that sin has a penalty. Roman 6:23a states: For the wages of sin is death.

The Word of God teaches us that there are three types of death: a) Spiritual death, b) Physical death, and c) Eternal, Everlasting or Second death.

a) Spiritual death has to do with your separation from God who is your Creator and the source of spiritual life. Every human being is born spiritually dead, that is, separated from God. This is due to the sin that Adam and Eve committed in the Garden of Eden (Genesis 3:1-6). When they rebelled against God, they sinned and introduced sin into the human race and consequently every human being is born with a sinful nature.

This is how the Bible reveals it: “Wherefore, as by one man (Adam) sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned” (Romans 5:12). One man (Adam) here represents Adam and Eve. So Adam and Eve brought sin into the human race. That is why the Bible says that all have sinned and fall short of the Glory of God (Romans 3:23). Sin makes a person hate the light and despise the truth; it causes one to break God’s laws and become insensitive to Holy things. Everyone who has not been redeemed by Christ is spiritually dead (Luke 15:32; Ephesians 2:1-3; Colossians 2:13).

b) Physical death does not mean the end of existence but the end of this temporal life here on earth and the beginning of eternity which is life after the physical death. Genesis Chapter 3 reveals that both Spiritual and Physical death come as a result of sin (Romans 5:12-21) but God provides Salvation and Eternal life for believers through the atoning dead of Jesus Christ (Romans 6:23b).

c) Eternal, Everlasting or Second death is eternal separation from God–the fate of unbelievers.

It is the state of final condemnation and punishment to which unbelievers are condemned at the Last Judgment which is known as the Great White Throne Judgment (Revelation 2:11; 20:6,14; 21:8). You can only be saved from Eternal or Second death if you accept the sacrifice of Christ by being born again (John 3:3-5) that is, by accepting Christ as your LORD and personal Savior. This brings us to the issue of lateness of your Salvation if you die physically without Christ. That is, the lateness on your part if you die physically without being born again or the lateness on your part if you die without having accepted Christ as your LORD and personal Savior.

We have seen above in Roman 6:23 that: the wages of sin is death.

-The word wages refers to penalty or punishment and

-The word “death” refers to eternal or the everlasting punishment in the lake of fire and brimstone which is the second death (Revelation 21:8) in which there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth for ever and ever (Matthew 25:30, 41, 46). This is because:

i) Spiritual death is the separation of the relationship between you and God,

ii) Physical death is the first death, and

iii) Everlasting punishment in the lake of fire and brimstone is the second death. It is not only the everlasting separation from the Lord, but it is also the severe everlasting punishment in the lake of fire and brimstone in which there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth forever and ever (Matthew 25:30, 41, 46). In a nutshell, the penalty for sin is death (that is, the severe everlasting punishment in the lake of fire and brimstone).

B) Believe that:

i) The Lord Jesus Christ paid the penalty for your sins (Romans 5:8) and that

ii) Salvation is a free Gift (Ephesians 2:8-9).

i) Believe that The Lord Jesus Christ paid the penalty for your sins: The Lord Jesus Christ left all His Glory in Heaven and came here on earth to pay the penalty for your sins, that is, to save you from the everlasting fire in the everlasting lake of fire and brimstones (Revelation 20:15). He left His Glory in Heaven, came here on earth and suffered the worst torture and death on the cross of Calvary in order to pay for your sins: “Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus: Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God: But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross” (Philippians 2: 5-8).

Man cannot save himself from sin. Praise the Lord, for God has provided a unique solution to sin by sending His only begotten Son to come and pay the penalty for the sins of mankind. Romans 5:8 reveals that the Lord Jesus Christ paid the penalty for your sins:

But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us (Romans 5:8).

Romans 5:19 below lends credence to the foregoing Scripture:

For as by one man’s (that is, Adam’s) disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one (that is, Christ Jesus) shall many be made righteous (Romans 5:19).

John 3:16 teaches that you shall be saved if you believe in Christ by having a personal relationship with Him:

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosover believeth in Him should not perish but have everlasting life” (John 3:16).

The word “perish” in John 3:16 above refers to everlasting punishment in the lake of fire and brimstone (Matthew 25:30, 41, 46; Revelation 20: 11-15 and Revelation 21:8). This means that if you believe in Christ you shall be saved from everlasting punishment in the lake of fire and brimstone and vice versa. What an awesome offer from God Almighty! If I were you, I would accept this unique and most important offer in this life now by being born again now. Be born again now in the Mighty Name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.

ii) Believe that Salvation is a free Gift: “For by Grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of your-selves: It is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast” (Ephesians 2:8-9).

The Word of God also says that:

But not as the offence, so also is the free gift. For if through the offence of one many be dead, much more the grace of God, and the gift by grace, which is by one man, Jesus Christ, hath abounded unto many. And not as it was by one that sinned, so is the gift: for the judgment was by one to condemnation, but the free gift is of many offences unto justification. For if by one man’s offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ. Therefore as by the offence of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life.” (Romans 5:15-18).

C) Confess that The Lord Jesus Christ is your Savior (Romans 10:9-11) and the only mediator between you and God Almighty (1 Timothy 2:5).

The Holy Bible reveals the following: “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed ” ( Romans 10:9-11).

The Holy Bible also clearly teaches that The Lord Jesus Christ is the only mediator between you and God Almighty: “For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus” (1 Timothy 2:5).

Confess all your known and unknown sins to the Lord Jesus Christ and tell Him that you are a miserable sinner, tell Him that you are a wretched sinner and you cannot save yourself. Invite Him to come into your life and cleanse you from all your sins and unrighteousness and to be your personal Lord and Savior henceforth. Thank Him for His Precious Blood that He shed on the cross of Calvary because of your sins (Hebrews 9:22). Thank Him for the price that He paid on the cross of Calvary (by sacrificing himself) in order for you to be saved (1 Corinthians 6:20; 7:23). Thank Him for forgiving all your sins and thank Him for writing your name now in the book of life (Luke 10:20b).

Praise the Lord, you are now born again (John 3:3-6) and you are now a new creature in Christ Jesus, for, “if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new” (2 Corinthians 5:17) and your Name is now written in The Book of life in Heaven (Revelation 20:15).

Henceforth: Declare (or testify about) Christ to others, Ensure that you study the Holy Bible always, Fellowship always with the Righteous and Holy born again believers (Acts 2:41-47; Hebrews 10:25) and Go ye into the world and evangelize.

We are now going to explain below what we mean by Declare, Ensure, Fellowship, and Go.

D) Declare (or testify about) Christ to others

(Psalms 22:22; Matthew 10:32-33; Luke 12:8-9; Revelation 12:11).

The Lord commands you to declare or testify about Christ to others–for instance:

-Psalms 22:22 says that: I will declare thy name unto my brethren: in the midst of the congregation will I praise thee.

-Matthew 10:32-33 makes it abundantly clear that: “Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven. But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven.

-Luke 12:8-9 reiterates Matthew 10:32-33 and states: “Also I say unto you, Whosoever shall confess me before men, him shall the Son of man also confess before the angels of God: But he that denieth me before men shall be denied before the angels of God ” (Luke 12:8-9), and

-Revelation 12:11 states: “And they overcame him (satan) by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony: and they loved not their lives unto the death.”

E) Ensure that you study the Holy Bible always and obey it as it is (Joshua 1:8; Psalms 1:1-2; Matthew 7:21; Luke 11:28; 2 Timothy 2:15; James 1:22-25; Revelation 1:3).

It is incumbent upon you to study the Word of God always in order to understand the will of God in your life. Nothing should replace the study of the Word of God in your life. Also, it is of paramount importance for you to study the Word of God always in order to understand the devices, schemes, plots, snares, tactics, strategies, etc. of satan your adversary (1 Peter 5:8) so that, henceforth, you shall not be a child (an immature believer) “tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive” (Ephesians 4:14), lest by any means, as the serpent (the devil) beguiled Eve through his subtlety, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ (2 Corinthians 11:3). In this respect, you cannot dispense with the Word of God in your life. That is why the Holy Bible admonishes you to study the Word of God always. Examples of passages in the Scripture in that respect are below.

-Joshua 1:8: “This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth: but thou shall meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.”

-Psalms 1:1-2: “Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.”

-Luke 11:28: “But he said, Yea rather, blessed are they that hear the word of God, and keep it.”

-2 Timothy 2:15: “Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.”

-Revelation 1:3: “Blessed is he that readeth, and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein: for the time is at hand.”

If you belong to any cult or secret society, such as; freemason, rosicrucian (amork), wicca, voodoo, all “knighthoods” (such as “knights of the holy sepulcre,” the “Knights of Malta,” “knights templar,” “Knights of Saint John,” the Teutonic Knights, Knights of Columbus, Royal Order of the Garter), Jesuit, thule society, skull and bones (known as Russell Trust), the Order of the Eastern Star (which is an affiliated adult women’s secret society for wives, sisters, mothers, daughters, etc.), the international order of rainbow for girls, DeMolay (for youths) etc. or if you are a/(an) witch, wizard, diviner, enchanter, charmer, consulter with familiar spirits, necromancer, observer of time, harry potter, etc. ensure that you renounce it (or renounce them) and cease from being a member or a practitioner with immediate effect (Deuteronomy 18: 9-14). Otherwise, satan and his demons would use it/them as a link to attack, destroy and cast you into the lake of fire. Ensure that you pray and break ungodly soul ties. Ensure that you pray and break the link between your soul and spirit. This is because anyone who belongs to any cult, such as any of the above cults or secret societies, has sold his/her soul to satan whether wittingly or unwittingly, and if s/he doesn’t repent and forsake it immediately s/he would perish–that is, s/he would die and be cast into the everlasting fire, a place of everlasting torment. That is the goal of satan for humanity. Praise the Lord, for the goal of Christ for you is to have everlasting life and to have it abundantly (John 10:10b; 2 Peter 3:9b).

Keep in mind that it’s absolutely impossible to serve two masters at the same time.

-Either you are for Christ or for satan (Matthew 12:30; Luke 11:23).

-It is absolutely impossible for you to serve Christ and satan at the same time (Matthew 6:24).

-It is absolutely impossible for you to be a born again believer and at the same time you belong to any cult or secret society such as any of the above. You cannot be a child of God at the same time you are a child of satan. Either you are a child of God or a child of satan (Matthew 13:38).

-Light (Christ) and darkness (satan and his cults or secret societies) cannot co-exist.

-God does not share His Glory with anybody (Isaiah 42:8; 48:11).

So if you belong to any cult or secret society renounce it immediately and cease from being a member immediately. Once again, ensure that you renounce it and cease from being a member with immediate effect (Deuteronomy 18:9-14). Otherwise, satan and his demons would use the cult as a link to attack, destroy, and cast you into the everlasting fire.

F) Fellowship always with the Righteous and Holy born again believers (Acts 2:41-47; Hebrews 10:25). Prayerfully search for an uncompromising Bible believing, Holy, Righteous, and Godly Church or Ministry (that is, any Bible believing Church or Ministry that preaches Holiness and does not compromise the Word of God in any way) and fellowship therein. We emphasize that the Church in which you are to fellowship must be uncompromising Bible-believing Holy, Righteous, and Godly Church or Ministry because there are so many satanic, demonic, false, counterfeit or fake preachers, churches, and ministries today (2 Corinthians 11:13-15). In this respect, prayerfully search for a Bible-believing Holy, Righteous, and Godly Church or Ministry and fellowship in it. Hebrews 10:25 teaches that your fellowship with other brethren (in an uncompromising Bible-believing Holy, Righteous, and Godly Church or Ministry) is indispensable. This is what it teaches: “Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.”

The first Church started at Pentecost in Acts 2 and the believers in it were always together. They were always in fellowship. This is revealed in Acts 2:41-47 below.

41  Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls.

42  And they continued stedfastly in the apostles’ doctrine and fellowship and in breaking of bread, and in prayers.

43  And fear came upon every soul: and many wonders and signs were done by the apostles.

44  And all that believed were together, and had all things common;

45  And sold their possessions and goods, and parted them to all men, as every man had need.

46  And they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart.

47  Praising God, and having favour with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved.

What Acts 2:41-47 above is saying is that the believers were always in fellowship. They were always praying and breaking bread together in the church and so they were strong and they did exploits because they knew and obeyed the Lord (Daniel 11:32b).

It is difficult for you to survive as a born again believer without belonging to uncompromising Holiness Bible believing church or ministry because it would be easier for you to grow spiritually and overcome satan and his demons by belonging to such a church or ministry. This is due to the following reasons.

-The Lord Jesus Christ teaches us the importance of fellowship, love and unity in so many passages of the Holy Bible such as: John 13:34; John 15:17 and Matthew 18:19-20.

-The Lord Jesus Christ prayed for the Church to be one, for instance in John 17:20-26.

-The Lord Jesus Christ states emphatically that He will build his Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it (Matthew 16:18a). Thus, you must be part of a Godly, Holiness Bible believing church or ministry so that satan and his demons would not be able to overcome or prevail against you.

-The Lord Jesus Christ addresses the seven churches (and not individual believers) in Chapters 2 and 3 of the book of Revelation. These seven churches are the spiritual x-ray of the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ of all ages.

The above explanation underscores the importance of the Holiness Church in the live of every born again believer. The Church is your spiritual home just as you have a physical home. If you do not belong to an uncompromising Holiness and Bible believing Church or Ministry, you would be like someone who is homeless, that is, who lives in the streets and consequently it would be difficult for you to grow spiritually and overcome satan and his demons. The Church is the most powerful institution here on earth and when you are part of it you would grow and be powerful spiritually.

G) Go into the world and evangelize, starting from where you live, that is, where you are resident (Acts 1:8; Mark 16:15; Matthew 28:18-20). Begin to evangelize, starting from your locality. Use all the means at your disposal including the social media/Internet to evangelize. You don’t need a pulpit to evangelize. Go to the streets and evangelize. Let evangelism be your watchword in this life. There is no longer time because Jesus is coming right away (Revelation 22:7, 12, 20). Always tell people about Christ. Always tell people what Christ has done for you. That is your responsibility from the Lord and it is the most important duty that you would ever perform in this life. There is absolutely no other issue or thing as important as evangelism in this life. The Lord commands you to evangelize and to make evangelism your number one priority in this life. Once again, there is absolutely nothing as important as evangelism in this life. Why! Because it has to do with Eternity. It’s a matter of everlasting life which is the most important issue in this life. When someone believes the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ, there is joy and celebration in Heaven (Luke 15:7) because that person is being delivered from the kingdom of darkness to the kingdom of Light. S/he is being saved from everlasting punishment in the lake of fire to the everlasting life with the Lord Jesus Christ. That is how important it is. That is why you must obey the Lord and evangelize always. Always tell people about Christ. Always invite people to Church. Some examples of the Scriptures which command you to evangelize are below.

-”Do the work of an evangelist” (2 Timothy 4:5b),

-”But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth” (Acts 1:8),

-”Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature” (Mark 16:15), and

-”And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world” (Matthew 28:18-20).

H) Holiness: The born again believer’s life is a life of serving God without fear (of anyone or anything) in Holiness and Righteousness. You are now born again and the Lord has delivered you from the world and your enemies (which are Satan, his demons and agents). He now calls you to serve Him without fear in Holiness and Righteousness (Luke 1:74-75) because He wants you to make it to Heaven (Hebrews 12:14). This Call is reiterated throughout the Holy Bible, for instance, in Luke 1:74-75 below:

That he would grant unto us, that we being delivered out of the hand of our Enemies might serve him without fear, in holiness and righteousness before Him, all the days of our life.”

The following should be borne in mind.

-Holiness is God’s Qualification to see Him (Leviticus 11:44-45; Hebrews 12:14).

-“God hath not called us unto uncleanness but unto holiness” (1 Thessalonians 4:7).

-There must be a conspicuous difference between: holy and unholy, clean and unclean or the holy born again believer and unbeliever (Leviticus 10:10).

-God’s Standard of Holiness, Spotlessness or Blamelessness is both Inner and Outer (Romans 12:1-2; 1 Corinthians 6:20; 2 Corinthians 7:1; 1 Thessalonians 5:23).

-God is “not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance” (Matthew 18:14; 2 Peter 3:9b). Therefore, He wants humanity to repent and forsake worldliness (1 John 2: 15-17; Proverbs 28:13) and cleave to Holiness (Leviticus 11:44-45; 1 Peter 1:15-16) because Holiness is: 1) the secret of being blessed here on earth (Obadiah 1:17) and 2) above all the secret of making it to the Everlasting and Glorious City of Heaven (Hebrews 12:14b).

I) Incorruptible: An incorruptible believer is a believer who is living a Blameless, Holy or Spotless life. Such a believer is Heavenly-focused and has an Incorruptible Inheritance reserved for him/her therein. Heaven should be your goal in this life as we have explained above. All that you do here on earth should be with that Goal in mind. An Incorruptible Inheritance is reserved in Heaven for everyone who serves the Lord without fear and lives a Righteous and Holy life here on earth all the days of his/her life (Luke 1:74-75). The best reward for Holiness that you should aim at is the “inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you” (1 Peter 1:4). May it be your portion in the Mighty Name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Amen.

May God Almighty richly bless you abundantly as you obey Him and do His work in the Mighty Name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Amen.

1 Response to “Salvation”
